Sumo Trading Cards - 2024 series 2 - Box Pre-Order

****   For the first time we are offering Pre-Order for Sumo Trading Card boxes.  If purchased with other items the entire order will be shipped when the 2024-2 cards arrive sometime mid to late May.   We believe our store software will handle pre-orders okay but reserve the right to adjust in case of any issues.    ****

Imported from Japan.  These Sumo Trading Cards are based on the March 2024 tournament rankings and were issued May 2024.  This is the second series of Sumo Trading Cards for 2024 and is named Hibiki (Sound or Echo).  Each pack contains 6 random cards.  The complete set has all 42 top division (Makuuchi) wrestlers, 10 gyoji/yobidashi (referee/caller), 20 Shikona, 6 Inheritance, 2 new Ozeki, and 1 first championship cards for a base set total of 81.

There are also 5 different insert cards called Treasure.  These are special, random inserts for the top wrestlers with a limited print of 25 cards each wrestler.    

There are also a variety of different autographed cards.  One is included randomly across every few boxes (20 packs per box for a total of 120 cards per box).  Autograph name list is not yet available.

Most of the text on the cards is in Japanese, however, the wrestler's English language name is also on the card for those who don't speak Japanese.

As a bonus, we include Ultra Pro clear card sleeves to protect your cards.  If you do not wish to receive card sleeves please add the No Sleeves item to your cart.

Once again we will be offering a limited number of Full Base Sets.  Each Full Base Set contains all cards numbered 1 through 81 already removed from the package and inserted into protective sleeves.  Will not include any autograph or special insert cards nor include the box.  This Full Base Set option is for those who want all of the base set cards without having to trade.

Empty boxes will be available separately for those who collect boxes or want the card checklist which is on the bottom.  This Empty Collector Box is the same box you receive when you order a full box.
